Vendor applications are open for Magickal Discoveries – Thee Witchy Con of the North! If you’re interested, act fast as the deadline is July 31, 2026.
Vendors can offer either services or merchandise, but not in the same booth. Exceptions are made for readers, healers, authors, and artists who can sell related merchandise. If you want to offer services and merchandise that is not related, two booths must be purchased. Descriptive details are required for merchandise, authors, readers, and healers for both the jury process and marketing. In addition, pictures and a Bio are required for the witchycon.com website and marketing.
Once approved, the booth assignment will be based on the timestamp of your application. If your booth choice is sold out, you will receive an email asking if you would like to change booth sizes or if you would like to be placed on the waiting list.

Booth pricing varies based on size and each booth size is open to all vendors.
$200.00 – 8′ wide by 6′ deep – 15 spots available
$225.00 – 8′ wide by 8′ deep – 12 spots available
$250.00 – 10′ wide by 8′ deep – 20 spots available
Each vendor booth will receive two weekend convention badges. Please let the Magickal Discovery team know if you need additional badges for people assisting you in your booth. These badges do not include the evening events of the Psychic Gallery and the Adult PJ Pizza Party. These are sold separately.
This enchanting event will take place at Clyde Iron Works in Duluth, Minnesota. This historic 36,000 square foot steel factory built with bricks and I-beams, has now been transformed into a premier restaurant, bar, brewery, and event center, which sets the stage for a mystical gathering of family and friends.The low lighting creates a calming ambiance, perfect for exploring the mystical arts.
Please note that during the event, the curtains will remain closed, and the lighting will be turned up as high as possible for the desired atmosphere. If you want to showcase your products more, consider bringing in extra lighting to highlight your goods. Electricity is available for free. You must bring your own extension cords.
In addition to the low lighting, some vendors booths will be next to the I-beams, but they will not be within the booth space, these beams are part of the old-world charm.
